________________________________________________________________ ENGLISH Have you already been disgruntled because ... * the Workbench does not fit your needs * you may not create an icon-link by mouseclick for a program or file that is physically stored on one of your CDROMs ? * there is no lean and good filemanager that you may call on the fingertip ? * ButtonBars should be more than only a dumb tool for launching programs * Directory-Opus is much too complex to configure easily and Workbench-Replacers just are not Workbench ? * you must always go and search/start program's documents when you just need them for the moment ? * you've got lots of scripts and prefs files that you would like to hand over to other users without having path-problems ? * lots of jobs require using the Shell ? Then MARInA is your point ... ________________________________________________________________ DEUTSCH Zur Installation... MARInA System © TNE) 1998 System-Voraussetzungen: Workbench 3.x Mindestens 68030, 40MHz, 1MB CHIP / 4MB FAST RAM. Screens >640x480 Pixel. Ideal >= 800x600. min. ________________________________________________________________ ENGLISH Installation... MARInA System © TNE) 1998 System-Requirements: Workbench 3.x at least 68030, 40MHz, 1MB CHIP / 4MB FAST RAM. Screens >640x480 Pixels. optimal >= 800x600. min. 4 colors Harddisk-Space needed: some 4 MB on SYS: (Huge?) Installing MARInA... * First, please consult the Aminet to get the newest ToolManager3.1 archive. Install it if possible by using the install-procedure's default settings... so far if it doesn't run already on your system. * Just reserve about 15-30 minutes for the installation of MARInA. This is required, because while installing, you will go through a little tutorial as well as configuring MARInA to your needs. * Unpack the base-archive "MARInA.lha" to your harddisk using the commandline lha x -am -F MARInA.lha * Then, open the newly created folder "MARInA" on Workbench by double-clicking it's Icon (perhaps refresh the Window, where you unpacked the archive to). * Start the MARInA-Guide by double-clicking the icon "MARInA". If you do not use german localisation, the english guide will be started automatically. Read across the guide for a while... * As soon as you click the button "Install..." inside the Guide (Side 4), the interactive installation gets started in your locally preferred language (if not german, english will be the automatically preconfigured language at the moment). * All further actions are explained and gone through step by step now. You may quit everytime you want. * Please, follow the instructions. Thanks. ________________________________________________________________ History 3.2 Third Aminet release, 31.Jul.1998.
