Short: Helps in the creation of ringtones Author: Mike Kohn Uploader: jocke birging gmail com (Jocke Birging) Type: util/misc Version: 2.26 Requires: AmigaOS 4.0 Architecture: ppc-amigaos >= 4.0.0 Just an OS4 compile of Ringtone Tools. From the homepage: Ringtone Tools is a program for creating custom ringtones and graphical logos for mobile phones. I've tested this program myself on Nokia and Kyocera phones (including the Kyocera 6035 PDA Smartphone). I also include support for my other types of phones including Ericsson, Sony/Ericsson, Motorola, Siemens, Samsung, Handspring Treo phones, and phones that support EMS, but since I have no way to test these, I rely on the words of others who say they work. I plan on adding support for other phones as soon as I get sponsors and testers. Ringtone Tools can also be used to convert between many file formats, including WBMP which can be used on WAP .wml web pages and .ico which can be used to make favicon.ico's. License: You may NOT use this in any kind of commercial environment without permission of the author (Michael Kohn). You may NOT use any part of the code for another project either commercial or open without permission of the author. You are free to distribute this program unmodified with any compilation cd or operating system distribution (this includes the Linux operating systems, FreeBSD, Solaris, or whoever wants to distribute it). You may also distribute this on your own website. If you'd like to use this program in a commercial environment I only require a small donation ($30 or more and in addition I will send you the php ringtone program and java logo maker). I think it's only fair that if I put so much work into this program that if someone makes money on it they should at least make a small donation to me. I'll also (in some cases) accept donations of old hardware, including any Mac that can run OSX (doesn't matter how slow it is, as long as I can compile Ringtone Tools on it). Old Sun Microsystems or SGI would be quite cool too since they are my favorite computers :).
