Features:

    o  Correct pronunciation of almost all spanish words
    o  Correct speech of all numbers from 0 to 9999
    o  Correct speech of the more common abreviations

With versions of the OS before 2.1 Commodore supplied text-to-speech
software on the Workbench discs. Translator.library 42 replaces the
Commodore supplied translator library. The original translates text
to phonemes for use with the narrator device. It is used in software
with speech output such as "Say" and "Term".

Unfortunately for Spanish talkers the 42 release does not have the
spanish accent file included. The following languages/dialects/accents
are currently supported by the library:

	English     Deutsch
	American    Polski
	Italiano    Svenska
	Cymraeg     Maori
	Suomi       Icelandic
	Klingon

And with this archive you obtain the ESPAÑOL accent file.
I have also included the translator library because it is freely
distributable and it really is the only part of the release neccesary
for working.
