It should also work fine with programs such as Play16. · Allows the user to set the hotkey for viewing (assuming the viewer provides a file requester.) · Allows the user to set the X and Y coordinates of the appicon via ToolTypes. · Allows setting of a default dir for the file requester to start with. · Now allows for multiple files to be dropped on the appicon. *NEW FOR V1.3* · Can be enabled/disabled via any commodities exchange program. Can also be removed via CTRL-C. · Settable commodity priority · Complete drag and drop support via Workbench AppIcon. · Settable icon text. NewView was basically written because I was tired of having to open things up all the time just to view something be it a picture or text etc. I wanted the ablility to have something on my desktop that I could just drop something onto and view that particular something. The ability to remove it also crossed my mind and thus it was wrapped into a commodity. Otherwise one would have to have a program to send the CTRL-C to it (such as SysInspector.) With the commodity wrapper over it, you can enable and disable the appicon at any point in time or even remove it. Keep in mind that even though it's disabled the AppIcon will still remain on the desktop, you just won't be able to use it.
