LoadKickC0 is a program to load an image of kickstart V37.175 (2.04) to
address $C00000 on an A2000A with 1.5 MB or an A500 with internal memory board.
Memory at $C80000-$DBFFFF is automatically added under 2.0 and there are no
problems with reset-proof harddisk drivers.
