Short: GUI DLG Port watcher, snooper, chatter, loginer. Author: pabbs@ihug.co.nz (James Sleeman) Type: comm/dlg Architecture: m68k-amigaos Uplader: pabbs@ihug.co.nz (James Sleeman) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DESCRIPTION A little GUI program that sits on any public screen (inc. Workbench of course) and tells you who is on the DLG ports and what they are doing. Lets you open a screen / window on any of them, chat with any of them, and make a local connection. Fully configurable, from which ports to display, to what chat command to use. Uses the Triton GUI system (a better alternative to MUI IMHO), and config.library (both libraries are included) to handle te configuration file. A similar program exists called GooeyWho, which did basically the same functions, but seemd to cease to work correctly under DLG 1.1x (which everybody should upgrade to), this works well and as long as the DLG.Library functions don't change dramatically it will remain compatible through all versions of DLG. Besides GooeyWho was not as configurable (especially in the GUI) as TritonWho is.
